Move Coordinator
|
Understands the overall scope of a major project and will
manage all aspects related to pre-planning, coordination, and
implementation of the relocation.

Supervisor
|
Responsible for the supervision of the move crew at the origin
or destination location of a move. Each supervisor will report to the Move
Coordinator.

Leadman
|
Responsible for the leadership and direction of a small group
of movers within the move crew. Each leadman will report to the area
Supervisor or Move Coordinator.

CLAIMS PREVENTION: Harris Moving & Storage Co.
removes all furniture, fixtures and equipment from dollies within trucks
during a local shuttle office move. This practice eliminates the incidence of
articles falling from dollies and sustaining scratches and other damages.
Most movers leave articles on dollies during this type of a move. We have
also developed some unique methods of building protection which virtually
eliminates damage to walls, floors and doorways.
CUSTOM DESIGNED EQUIPMENT: Another reason we are

state-of-the art equipment, designed just for us. This equipment is more
maneuverable, sturdier, and easier on walls and flooring than the rented
